Division of Student Affairs Marketing & Communications

The Central DSA Marketing & Communications Team provides supervision and oversight to the Division of Student Affairs marketing and communications efforts and that of it’s 13 departments. In addition to championing division-wide stories, campaigns and initiatives, this team directly supports several departments, offices and units including:

• Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs
• DSA Committees
• DSA Development
• Disability Resources
• Music Activities
• Student Affairs Planning, Assessment & Research
• Student Community Standards
• Don & Ellie Knauss Veteran Resource & Support Center

The Career Center marketing and communications office provides support for all campus career fairs and other Career Center events, Career Center satellite offices, and corporate partners.

This team guides communications and marketing initiatives in direct support of MSC Programs, the Department of Multicultural Services and the Department of Student Activities. They create and develop comprehensive marketing resources aligned with each’s departments strategic goals to ensure their continued success.

The Texas A&M Rec Sports Marketing & Communications team is the voice of the department’s brand, inspiring well-being and building community through strategically placed, creative, and compelling marketing and communication initiatives that align with the department’s core values.

This team directly supports:

• Rec Sports Areas and Programs including: Aquatics, Fitness & Wellness, Intramural Sports, Outdoor Adventures, Operations & Events, Sport Clubs, Strength & Conditioning, Youth Programs
• Facilities including: Student Rec Center, Southside Rec Center, Polo Road Rec Center, Penberthy Rec Sports Complex, Physical Education Academic Building (PEAP), Omar Smith Instructional Tennis Center

Residence Life’s marketing and communications team supports and oversees marketing and communications activities across the department’s communities and programs.

The team directly supports:

• Residence Life Central Admin Office, including the Business Solutions team, HR/Risk Management and Sustainability Initiatives
• Community Success Initiatives
• Conferences & Guest Services
• Housing Assignments
• Operations & Events
• Residence Education
• University Apartments

This team provides marketing and communications support to the Department of Student Life and its programs that enhance opportunities for a student to participate fully in the university experience including New Student Conferences and Howdy Week, health programming and student assistance outside of the classroom.
