Off Campus Student Services supports off-campus living through educational materials and AggieSearch, an online housing search tool.

Finding reliable off-campus housing is an annual challenge for many students in the Bryan/College Station area. For most of them, their time in Aggieland is the first time they will sign a lease, pay rent and communicate with leasing and property managers. Thanks to the newly revived Off Campus Student Services office in Student Life, students have a place to turn for support.
Off Campus Student Services will provide education and resources for students living in the community, including how to comply with city ordinances and be a good neighbor. Staff members will specialize in neighborhood engagement and off-campus housing, as well as a community liaison. In addition, the staff members work closely with Student Legal Services and refer students when legal action may be necessary.
The office will continue to host AggieSearch as Texas A&M University's only official off-campus housing website. AggieSearch includes a fully searchable database that allows students, parents, faculty/staff and guests to find off-campus housing that meets their needs. The website also allows for individuals to create a profile and search for roommates in the Bryan/College Station community.
The main focus this fall will be on education, particularly around frequent code violations and its “Remember Me + 3” campaign, which spreads awareness around the city ordinance that mandates no more than four unrelated individuals may live in a single-family home.
As the student population continues to grow, the resources Off Campus Student Services provides are important for helping Aggies carry their Core Values into the community. Whether a student needs help resolving an off-campus housing issue, finding housing or a roommate or understanding their lease — Off Campus Student Services is here to help.
