DSA AWARDS NOMINATION PROCESS
Please review the nomination process before submitting your nomination!
We have created nomination templates for each of the awards in Microsoft Word to make it easier to compile your nomination information, save it, and come back to it later if needed.
You can also review examples of past award-winning nomination packets to get ideas on how to write your nomination.
To submit a DSA Award nomination, please follow the steps below:
- Identify the award for which you would like to submit a nomination.
- Information and requirements for each individual award can be found on the DSA Awards website.
- Download the nomination template for that specific award.
- Please be sure to download the correct nomination template. Each award has different questions and requirements, so please select carefully!
- Nominations submitted using the wrong template will not be accepted.
- Complete the nomination template, gather letters of support and a professional photo of the nominee and upload via the web form.
- Web forms will remain on the awards website for each award as you’ve seen in the past.
- Fill out the web form and upload your nomination template, letters of support, and a professional photo of the nominee.
- Click submit!
- After submitting your nomination, you should receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submitted nomination.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact Julie Anderson or Liz Lindan to confirm if your nomination has been received.
