COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The Texas A&M University Singing Cadets is set to perform at the annual Family Weekend Concert on Saturday, April 11, at 7 p.m. in Rudder Auditorium. This concert marks their return home after a year of touring, including international performances in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Japan, as well as four tours across Texas.

Singing Cadets concerts are family-friendly and offer a special opportunity for students and community members in the Bryan-College Station area to experience a medley of the group’s performances around the world. Featuring the Singing Cadets’ signature blend of traditional Aggie songs, sacred music and Broadway selections, this year’s concert is especially meaningful with a musical tribute celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States. This commemorative set will guide audiences through a heartfelt reflection on the nation’s rich heritage and journey.

The concert is open to the public, and families who are visiting Texas A&M for Family Weekend are encouraged to attend.

Tickets are available for purchase through the Texas A&M Box Office.

About the Singing Cadets

The Singing Cadets are Texas A&M University’s premier all-male chorus, established in 1893. Internationally known as the “Voice of Aggieland,” the group has toured more than 20 countries and performed in 125 communities across Texas. While membership in the Corps of Cadets is no longer required, all members once belonged to the Corps when Texas A&M was an all-male, military institution. Each performance is built on traditional Texas A&M songs and features a diverse selection, including religious, patriotic, Broadway, popular and novelty numbers. Over their long history, the Singing Cadets have performed for every living United States president and for foreign dignitaries, with notable performances at the White House, Carnegie Hall and Fenway Park.
