The Texas A&M University Fraternity and Sorority Life community made significant impact at the 2026 Southeastern Greeks Leadership Association (SGLA) Conference in Atlanta, Ga., earning widespread recognition for its leadership, innovation and commitment to student development.
Texas A&M advisors, graduate assistants and student leaders from all four councils, were represented across a robust slate of educational sessions. These sessions highlighted nationally relevant work led by Texas A&M in areas such as values-based recruitment, risk management, civic engagement, conflict resolution, strategic planning, leadership development and cross-council collaboration. Presenters shared practical, scalable frameworks rooted in institutional values that equipped conference participants with tools to strengthen accountability, wellness and student success within their own fraternity and sorority communities.
In addition to educational leadership, Texas A&M students and councils received numerous individual and collective honors.
