Cindy Smith is the assistant to BG Joe E. Ramirez, Jr., USA (Ret.) in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Prior to transferring to Student Affairs in the summer of 2013, Cindy worked in the Office of the Registrar. Cindy has earned her B.S. in Geology from Texas A&M University.
