The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs utilizes a mail log to track all correspondence, contracts, forms, memos, etc. received. Hard copies are necessary to ensure that items do not get buried or overlooked in mailboxes. If someone is out of office, the hard copy paperwork can still be processed.
- Incoming mail- All paperwork should be dropped off at the front desk. This ensures that it is logged in and follows the correct routing path. If it is not logged in, there is no record of its arrival or method of tracking.
- Outgoing mail- Each department has a mail folder at the front desk in Koldus 117. All outgoing mail will be filed accordingly and each department is responsible for checking their mail folder daily. If you wish, you may call the front desk to see if there is any mail before making the trip to the office.
