Dean of Student Life

Dr. Reber leads the Offices of the Dean of Student Life and provides administrative supervision for the departments of Student Counseling Service and Student Health Services. Dr. Reber coordinates all investigations into alleged violations of the University’s Student Rules including hazing and Title IX violations and co-chairs the University’s bias assessment and response team.

Dr. Reber began her tenure as the Dean of Student Life in 2010 and continues to serve in this position while joining the Vice President’s administrative team. Prior to her leadership in Student Life, Dr. Reber served as the Director of Disability Services at Texas A&M and spent 12 years of her early career in public schools as an educator and administrator.

Dr. Reber ’91 received a B.S. in Special Education from the State University of New York at Geneseo, a Master’s in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University, and a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Dr. Reber is the recipient of the Association of Former Students Distinguished Achievement Award for Student Relations, the Randy Matson ’67 Association of Former Students Award and is a Fish Camp namesake.
