These templates were created to assist Student Affairs staff and student workers with the creation of commonly requested materials that are consistent with university branding. They are designed to be used as a starting point. You may modify them as needed based on your content. The templates were created in Canva. You will need to create a free account to utilize the templates below (with the exception of the letterhead templates, which are Microsoft Word documents).

Canva is a free online design program that enables you to create invitations, flyers, presentations and social media graphics and collaborate with other team members from anywhere. You can use it on your computer, tablet or phone if you need to design in a pinch. You have the ability to upload your own logos and photos, upload brand fonts and enter correct brand colors.
