DIGITAL SIGN TEMPLATES
To share your digital signs with the Texas A&M community, you may send your designs in JPEG format to the Digital Signage Steering Committee, which will share your project with each TAMU department that displays digital signs on campus.
Each digital sign on campus is designed and controlled by a department or program. This means that each sign could potentially display at a different size and aspect ratio.
We recommend that you include the following sizes in your package to provide options for the hosting departments.
We created these templates in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) and Adobe InDesign (INDD) in the appropriate aspect ratios (in pixels) for digital signs on campus. Remember: When you complete your design, save or export your file as a JPEG and email to the Digital Signage Steering Committee.

Remember to design your digital signs using RGB color values to ensure they properly display the colors you intended.
