Special Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs
Alyssa Leffall, special assistant to the vice president for student affairs, manages the university disciplinary appeals process. She also oversees special projects within the Division of Student Affairs and the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs, including the DSA Student Affairs Coordination Committee.
Ms. Leffall previously served as the program coordinator and associate coordinator for the Student Conduct Office at Texas A&M. Prior to Texas A&M, Alyssa served as assistant director for campus life and student development at Texas A&M University – Commerce. Ms. Leffall received a master’s degree in higher education administration from Texas A&M, a juris doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M.
Her professional affiliations include memberships in Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, the Association for Student Conduct Administration, the Texas Association of College and University Student Personnel Administrators, and the State Bar of Texas.
