Staff Development

Our division is committed to helping our new Student Affairs Professionals gain the knowledge, expertise, and training needed to best serve their goals, the division and the university.

Program for Staff and Organizational Development

The Program for Staff and Organizational Development serves the Division of Student Affairs at Texas A&M University.

Our mission is to develop those who develop students. We advocate quality organizational and staff development as a means of linking student affairs to student learning.

Most importantly, we seek to create a common understanding of what student affairs practitioners do, define how we contribute to the uniqueness of the Texas A&M Aggie spirit, create a collective voice around the values of our profession, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
