We offer various programs for developing future Aggies.
One of the greatest opportunities for involvement for any on-campus Ag is hosting. HSLC provides a chance for high school juniors and seniors to learn more about leadership through workshops, speakers, and small group discussions. It is our hope that these students can then take what they have learned and apply it at their high school, in their hometown, and on into their future college careers.
HSLC is a student run committee within the The Texas A&M Student Government Association.
The Texas A&M Student Government Association is advised through the Department of Student Activities.
Maximizing Educational Development through Academic and Leadership Skills (MEDALS) allows high school students the unique experience of viewing college opportunities and Texas A&M University from a diverse perspective. The MEDALS spirit and atmosphere resonate as appealing aspects to our participants.
